Join us for a dazzling display of creativity, talent, and fandom at Yonkers Comic Con - the ultimate celebration of cosplay culture! WE WELCOME SUBMISSIONS FROM ALL VENDORS THAT SELL PRODUCTS AND MERCHANDISE RELATED TO THE THEME OF COMIC CONS ONLY. 

Being a vendor at Yonkers Comic Con offers a unique opportunity to connect directly with a passionate and diverse community of comic book fans, collectors, families, and creatives.

1. Setup & Preparation (Before Event Opens)

  • Setup Crew (morning setup, signage, tables)

  • Parking Attendants (directing cars)

  • Parking Check-in (verifying parking passes or directing drop-offs)

2. Event Opening & Guest Arrival

  • Greeters (welcome attendees, give basic directions)

  • Registration Table & Info Staff (check-in guests, distribute badges/passes, answer questions)

  • Safety Checkers (ensure aisles, exits, and crowd flow remain safe)

3. During Event – Ongoing Support

  • Floor Runners (assist where needed across the venue)

  • Hall of Heroes Attendant (monitor and assist in this area)

  • Vendor Support (help vendors with needs)

  • Guest & Artist Support (assist special guests, panelists, and artists)

  • Cosplay Fashion Show Assistance (backstage help, lineup coordination)

  • Panel/Symposium Assistance (room setup, timekeeping, AV help)

  • Gaming Room Support (manage sign-ups, help players)

  • Kids’ Activity Area (supervise activities, help with crafts/games)

  • Volunteer Refreshment Attendant (keep volunteer station stocked and clean)

4. Event Closing & Wrap-Up

  • Cleanup/Breakdown Crew (pack up materials, take down signage, reset venue)

Volunteering at Yonkers Comic Con offers a chance to be part of an exciting, community-driven event while gaining hands-on experience in event production, guest engagement, and creative programming.
