To ensure a smooth, organized, and compliant event, all interested vendors are required to obtain a

through the City of Yonkers before consideration in vending at Yonkers Comic Con.

This updated process helps create a professional marketplace that supports both vendors and attendees while ensuring compliance with City requirements.

YOU MUST FOLLOW THE CONSUMER PROTECTION BUREAU’S DIRECTIONS TO COMPLETE THE FORM AND SUBMIT IT DIRECTLY TO THEM. DO NOT SEND US THE APPLICATION FORM. WE REQUIRE A RECEIPT THAT YOU APPLICATION HAS BEEN ACCEPTED AND THAT YOU PAID THEIR $50 FEE.

Our goal is to make registration as simple and stress-free as possible so you can focus on what matters most—connecting with thousands of enthusiastic Comic Con fans.

How to Apply

Step 1: Complete the Yonkers Comic Con Vendor Form.

Step 2: Your Yonkers Comic Con Vendor applications will be reviewed by our event team.

Step 3: If you are selected, you will receive a request from Yonkers Comic Con for a $75 booth payment. If you are not selected, we will notify you that you have not been selected to vend in this year's comic con.

Step 4: Pay the non-refundable $75 booth fee. We will promote your participation at this year’s Yonkers Comic Con.

Step 5: Download and complete the City of Yonkers’ Special Events Daily Vendor License. Postal mail or hand deliver the completed form and the $50 fee to the address below.

You must email proof of your receipt showing that you were approved for their One-Day Vendor Permit.

DO NOT SEND US THE FORM THAT YOU FILLED OUT. It contains sensitive information that only the city requires, NOT YONKERS COMIC CON. Failure to follow these steps will result in the delay and/or denial of participation in this year’s event.

If selected, your booth assignment will be given to you prior to September 26.
