Whether you're an independent artist, comic creator, toy collector, apparel designer, author, or pop culture retailer, we'd love to have you join us at Yonkers Comic Con on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Yonkers Riverfront Library.

Each year, thousands of fans, families, collectors, and creators come together for an unforgettable day celebrating comics, cosplay, gaming, art, and imagination. We invite you to be part of the excitement!

New Vendor Registration Process

To ensure a smooth, organized, and compliant event, all interested vendors are required to obtain a

One-Day Vendor Permit

through the City of Yonkers before consideration in vending at Yonkers Comic Con.

This updated process helps create a professional marketplace that supports both vendors and attendees while ensuring compliance with City requirements.

Our goal is to make registration as simple and stress-free as possible so you can focus on what matters most—connecting with thousands of enthusiastic Comic Con fans.

How to Apply

Step 1: Obtain your City of Yonkers One-Day Vendor Permit. There is a non-refundable $50 fee.

Step 2: Complete the Yonkers Comic Con Vendor Form. You must upload a copy of your approved One-Day Vendor Permit.

Step 3: Complete the Yonkers Comic Con Vendor Application. Applications will be reviewed by our event team.

Step 4: If selected, you will receive a request from Yonkers Comic Con for payment. If not, we will notify you that you have not been selected to vend in this year's comic con.

Step 5: Pay the non-refundable $75 booth fee.

Your booth assignment will be given to you prior to September 26.
